AREna manager

Looking for change or the opportunity to work in a fun environment ? We are looking for a mature, bright and bubbly person to join our small crew at Flip Out Whangarei as our Arena Manager. This is a part time position and would require you to work weekends. 

The ideal candidate must be a competent and physically fit person with a happy friendly manner. A first aid certificate would be an advantage.

Manager Job Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating activities.

  • Ensures a safe and secure environment for visitors and staff.

  • Develops personal growth opportunities.

  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

  • Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.

  • Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards., 

  • Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.

  • Cash management – cashing up, till management etc

  • Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analysing and resolving quality and customer and service problems.

  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
