Looking for change or the opportunity to work in a fun environment ? We are looking for a mature, bright and bubbly person to join our small crew at Flip Out Whangarei as our Arena Manager. This is a part time position and would require you to work weekends.
The ideal candidate must be a competent and physically fit person with a happy friendly manner. A first aid certificate would be an advantage.
Manager Job Responsibilities:

Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating activities.

Ensures a safe and secure environment for visitors and staff.

Develops personal growth opportunities.

Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.

Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.,

Defines objectives, identifies and evaluates trends and options, chooses a course of action, and evaluates outcomes.

Cash management – cashing up, till management etc

Maintains quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analysing and resolving quality and customer and service problems.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
