GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
You must abide by the instructions of the Arenas staff at all times or you may be removed from the premises and refused entry in future. Grip Socks must be worn while using all equipment unless otherwise advised, this is to ensure safety and enjoyment for all participants engaged in the Recreational Activities. Your entry into the premises of the Service Provider is on the strict condition that you comply with the safety and other general instructions given by the Service Provider’s staff. You will not be given a refund for any unused time should you be removed from the premises for any reason whatsoever and you acknowledge your entry to the premises is strictly on this basis.
You acknowledge that security video is used on the public areas of premises of the Service Provider and consent to this use for security and safety purposes.
Covid-19 closure terms
The outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) has brought about sudden changes to business and restricting the ability to operate normally. We understand this is frustrating and can affect plans and bookings you may have.
In the case of our region moving to Level 3 or Level 4 lockdown and resulting in our business temporarily closing, please read below if you have a booking pending with us:
General Jump Session Bookings
Any jump session bookings that can not be fulfilled due to a level 3/4 closure will be cancelled and a credit will be added to your account to redeem against a future booking. Please note: We do not offer a full refund for Jump session bookings.
Party Package Bookings
Party group bookings will be offered a rescheduled date. No refund will be given.
Ninja classes missed due to a level 3/4 closure will be rescheduled. If we do not have availability to reschedule the class we will return the credit to your account for your next ninja term. Please note we do not offer refunds.
Will be rescheduled to a suitable date.
Face masks must be worn when visiting the arena. If you are jumping on the trampolines you may remove your face covering but please remember to put it back on after your jump session has finished.
Spectators must wear a face covering at all times.
PARTIES TERMS & CONDITIONS
Here's a few things you need to know about your Party.
A non-refundable deposit will be taken at the time of booking. This allows us to order food and arrange staff to host your party. You may change dates any time up to 7 days before the day of the party and your deposit will be applied to another date.
Additional Party Zone hire to the Cool Party Package may be charged at selected Arenas.
You will need to call the Arena back on Monday or Tuesday, to confirm numbers and to make the final payment. Additional guests can be added during this week – simply call the Arena to add additional guests.
Participants are required to wear grip socks when using any Flip Out Equipment, which can be purchased at your local Arena upon arrival.
You are also most welcome to bring your own Birthday Cake however no other food or drink is allowed, unless stated in your party package. Please discuss these arrangements with the party concierge at time of confirmation. Party rooms and Party Zones are decorated, please do not bring wall decorations, party sprinkles, confetti, streamers, party poppers or external party decorations within the Arena, otherwise a cleaning fee may be charged.

FLIP OUT NINJAS TERMS & CONDITIONS
Strictly no refunds offered. Make up classes are available within the same term, provided the Arena is notified that the child will be absent from their usual class by 2pm of that day. Child must check in before class. Grip Socks must be worn at all times. If a child is misbehaving or causing disruption to the class, they may be asked to temporarily sit out and or leave, no refunds will be given in this instance.
FLIP OUT GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers can be used towards the identified goods and services at the specified Flip Out Arena. All Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
Any unused sessions or value will be forfeited if not used by the stated expiry date. Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking. If the total of the booking is more than the value of the voucher, immediate payment of the balance will be required at the time of booking.
